This is kinda a really stupid question but do tampons make you less "tighter?" I'm a virgin and when I sleep with someone I don't want it to be unpleasant. So just a stupid question do they make you "looser"?

No but I will say for me personally I couldn't use them until after I wasn't a virgin anymore without them hurting me

nope, the vagina can be stretched out much bigger than a tampon and still will go back to its original size.  the vagina expands when you're aroused so when you do have sex it really shouldn't feel "tight"
