How many months before conceiving (if things go as planned) should i be taking prenatal vitamins? What brand should i take ?

I read 3 months prior so it's fully in your system. They have great things in them anyways so start whenever.  Good luck

My ob told me to start taking them a month before actively trying to concieve and continue taking them through the pregnancy.

I think they say you should start taking them a month or two before TTC but if you're already trying just start now and continue taking one a day throughout pregnancy. I take these. They were recommended to me. A few years ago I was taking the target brand ones and they made me really constipated (tmi I know!) but these haven't caused any issues.
