I'm only 18 but the lumps have me concerned, could any of you ladies point me into a direction of what I should do?

It could be a cyst. My mom has one. It's harmless and never causes her any problems. But, if you're concerned, it never hurts to schedule an appointment with your doctor.

Those don't seem like very big lumps but go to the doctors just not case. I have a skin condition where all my body looks like that

Lumps are common for many different reasons, cancer being one of them however one of the least common. It's always best to go to a doctor if you have any concerns
