How do you deal when someone disrespects you?

Like for example a woman flirting with your man even though she knows you are married. Or just someone who disrespects you in general with a rude comment or something.

I throw it right back at them. I could careless if someone doesn't like me afterwards. I will not be disrespected.

I'm not in constant situations of being disrespected. Rare times that I am I just bring them down to size and insult their low intelligence and walk away.

I will normally say "Excuse me that is completely inappropriate."

They keep at it and depending on where it is someone (aka boss) is getting a talking to about their workers.

But if it is someone I know. I tell them to back off and call me when they grow up.

It depends on who it is. My mother for example I would give as good as I got. If it were a stranger or someone I didn't know do well I would just put them in their place quickly and quietly. The only exception are my in laws who are both abusive pieces of shit but it's impossible to get away from them so for my husband's sake I do my best to keep my mouth shut and avoid them. Doesn't always work.

My fiancé blows them off quick so I don't have to say anything lol. And if someone disrespects me it just depends how bad what was done and what was said, and everyone that knows me , knows I always have knives on me , pocket purse and car, I don't have time to fight anyone and I love my face too much lol you'll be cut and I'll move on

My fiance's BM disrespects me all the time. He gets angry and cussed her out. I don't say anything and it just makes her madder. I act like she doesn't exist because it gets under her skin even more.
