Baby Registry

So my husband and I made a registry, and the people throwing my shower asked for the link. My step MIL also asked for it. So I gave it out and lots of stuff has already been purchased. I'm super excited and thankful. However...my step MIL informed us last night that she's the one who bought everything ...when I say everything, I mean that the only thing left on my registry is nursing supplies...so there is nothing left for anyone else to buy 😔 it's a catch 22 because I'm glad we're getting everything we asked for...but now no one gets to buy any fun stuff. I just feel bad. And I know that now people will just go buy whatever they want...and that's fine...idk, it just hit me wrong I guess.
