Why isn't the line getting brighter?

My period was due Tuesday, so the top picture is from that day, the middle is from Wednesday, and the bottom is from this morning. Am I pregnant or why isn't the line thicker?

It is getting darker. Hcg takes 48-72 hours to double, so it takes 2-3 days to visible be much darker.
