Missed opportunity?

I took a clear blue ovulation test yesterday afternoon (around 4 pm) and got a smiley face indicating LH Surge, but hubby didn't want to BD last night. I took another test this morning around 9 am (I used the bathroom around 5am, so not sure if 9 am test would count as fmu) and got a blank circle indicating no LH Surge. I also tracked bbt and yesterday morning was a big temperature dip and this morning it spiked back up indicating probable ovulation.

Did I miss my chance entirely or do I still have time to make this month 'the month'?
