I am so frustrated, help!

I stopped taking bc pills last August. I didn't have a period for 3 months, then it was normal for a little bit and now it is out of control! I spotted for 6 weeks, had a period then thought everything was going to be normal. Period lasted 6 days stopped bleeding for 4 days now I have another full blown period! I want to cry I'm so frustrated.

I do not want to go back on bc. I want a natural remedy. Does anyone have a suggestion?
