I love how adults are under the illusion that because phones exist that somehow inhibits kids from stepping outdoors and playing 😂

Oh my gosh. I wish internet hadn't existed in my time too. I did embarrassing things on YouTube and stuff that I can't even take down. I made them with an email I had as a kid and don't have the password to so I don't have rights over my stuff. Anybody can just type in my name and there it is.
Add phones to it and I would have had more opportunity for even more embarrassing stuff. We just have to hope employers don't look up our 13 yr old YouTube versions of ourselves and judge it.

Yea I am glad we didn't have cellphone when I was a kid.  I got to have a normal childhood of being outdoors and knocking on neighbors doors to see if they want to play.

I remember I was going to get my first camera phone and my friend and I were gonna make our own jackass video- I wrote a list in my diary of our 'stunts' which included riding down this huge hill on a skateboard and sitting in a public toilet making constipation and pushing noises 😂 it's hillarious to read back on, we never did make the video though haha
