Is it safe while pregnant?

If you're questioning tanning lotion then you should be questioning everything you put on your skin from shower gel to shampoo to body lotion to shaving cream to nail polish to makeup. Every single thing has bad chemicals in them and you can't live your life stressing about stuff like that, you'll go insane.

Do you mean like spray tan? I have read you should check with your doctor for sure but also read that your hormones can turn it a funny color haha. I'm just embracing my pale skin

We're going on vacation in 2 weeks and I normally tan a week before to have a base..my doctor said it was completely fine. I was shocked. She said the rays cannot harm baby otherwise it would cook your organs lol just don't overheat yourself!

If it makes you feel good then I say use it! In my first pregnancy (currently cooking #2) I used sunless tanners only for special occasions but I felt great using them. I'm pregnant and have a "glow" in the middle of winter. My son is perfectly healthy and happy and will be 2 in May.

I would avoid it....our skin is our body's most absorbant organ, and all those chemicals might not be good for baby. Better safe (and pale) than sorry!
