My daughter does this. We use all free and clear detergent, dove soap, and Aveno colloidal oatmeal lotion. She uses Benadryl anti itch spray too when the itching flares up. All these things have helped tremendously.

Cetaphil or hydrocortisone cream I have exzema so I understand what its like to have sensitive skin. And with that all scented lotions are bad juju!

If I put lotion on right after I shower or shave, that happens to me. I try and wait till my body cools down then coconut oil

get some chamomile tea and bath in it. and stay moisturized.

Do you moisturize? If you shave, do you use a sharp razor? (Dull razors can irritate the skin.) I'd recommend waxing, since there's much less itching when the hair grows back. Be gentle with yourself and, if you really want to scratch, consider (gently) slapping or patting the area that itches. Sometimes that sensation is enough to satisfy the itch. Good luck!
