So I'm only 17 and I've been thinking of it I'll be 18 next month anyway but it more expensive for a apartment in Jersey than the south but I need my own place I can't stay in the house its toooo many egos /emotions in one place ??

If you have a job then save every bit for at least two months. Nothing frivolous! Put down a deposit and rent. Most utility companies require deposits to. A roommate is helpful too. Good luck!

I'm 19 and I've moved out 4 times. 4th time is the last. I'm not going back. I can't stand being there. Just think deeply about it and make sure you can afford it. And make sure you have at least a month or two of rent saved up just in case. Just so you have the money in case something happens. But if you feel that is right, then you should do it. Just make sure you are mentally and financially prepared to do it on your own. Message me if you need any advice.

Getting a room mate will help with the cost, but wait as long as possible. Try to resolve issues/keep the peace by doing extra chores for a while etc...there are so many stressors/costs  with moving out...maybe get a job and work ALL of the time so you're gone and save up for a while....it's hard out there on your own!

I live in jersey and I moved out when I was 23. I bought my house last year and it's expensive. If u can't take it in ur house I would strongly recommend getting a roommate

Wait!!! As much as you think you want to be out on your own you have no idea the un expected costs/what to even look for moving in. My fiance and I moved out I was 20 and missed my family so much (not that I didn't love him) just growing up made me sad I sapose (don't judge me lol) but if you have the money do it! If not make sure you take your time and save and make sure it's 100% what you want. Happy planning!

You really should think about about, especially if you got school and what not. Once you get your own place you'll be on your own and believe me min wage is not going to cut it. And moving in with someone is not easy too. You just gotta ask yourself all these questions
