How many weeks was your preemie born? How many ounces do you feed your preemie? How many hours do you feed your preemie?:)  please comment.

My daughter was born at 28 weeks and started out only getting 1ML per feeding.

My babies were born at 33 weeks. When they came home they were eating 2 oz every 3 hours. Now are 1 month old and eat 4oz about every 3 hours, sometimes shorter sometimes longer. Whenever they are hungry

My son was born at 29 weeks. He came home at 6 weeks old. At that time we gave him 2 ounces every 2 hours. He is up to 6 months old now and he eats 5-7 ounces every 4 hours. Except at night because he sleeps through the night now.
