I'm scared

Last week I went to the doctor and found out I was pregnant. The doctor checked me out and said I could be around 4 to 5 weeks. Since I went to a PPH I had to schedule an appt obgyn. My appt was this past Thursday were they did another pregnancy test and blood work. The doctor called me on Friday saying that I had really high hormones and a set of low hormones. So she wanted to me get an ultrasound asap to see what's going on. I don't really know what all of that means. This is my first pregnancy and I just hope nothing is wrong.
