Am I ovulating???

Last month I got a smiley face, but not pregnant. I tried a different test, and I think it is positive. What do you all think? Help!!!

I got a negative and positive in the same day. 2 positive first response and 1 negative with blue digital. I go with the lines, but with my positives the test line was as dark as the other one.  I would say test again tomorrow.
