Cramps and back pain
I am five weeks and 4 days. My tummy is cramping, not very bad, but still cramping and my lower back hurts. I had very faint bleeding yesterday but that's it. Should I be worried? I'm going to call my dr tomorrow. This Is my first pregnancy and I am so terrified to think about anything going wrong. Help
