Been TTC for 1 & a half years

Hey ladies my husband and I have been TTC for a year & a half with no luck. I am 23 and my husband is 27. We've tried fertility lubes, we've tried having sex during my fertile period every other day, I've layed on my back after sex, etc. and no luck. I never thought it would be so difficult to get pregnant. My husband recently had a sperm analysis done and everything looked great. My doctor said everything is fine with me as well I have a regular 28 day period and it's never late, always on time every month. What I'm saying is we're both healthy and it's not happening. I'm so frustrated and sad. There's nothing I want more than a baby girl or boy to love. I never knew it would be this hard. Do you ladies have any advice or any words of encouragement for us? I'm so discouraged. Would really appreciate your feedback.
