Do not feel good

Question

I do not feel good at all. I have a four year old. I do not throw up much but the nauseous feeling all day is terrible. I also get really bad heartburn and gas😰 sorry tmi. If anyone has suggestions please let me know.

I have like 3 bags of Tums chewies because I can't do the chalky taste with the regular ones. Also it's really helped me to pinpoint what foods trigger my heartburn and I avoid them (ie: ginger ale,  tomato sauce,  pickles,  etc...) I do keep zantac on standby if the Tums don't help. With regards to the nausea,  I had the same thing and I found that keeping snacks close at hand helped to curb that. However I can and have passed out anywhere.  My husband says it's hilarious that I'm wide awake talking to him and then he'll look over and boom! Passed out.

I'm in the same boat. Not throwing up, but nauseous most of the day, and so so so exhausted! We have a nearly 3 year old with tons of energy.. It's hard to keep up. Sea bands help take the edge off a bit, and preggie pop drops (the plus ones with added b6) seem to help a bit too! Other than that, just forcing myself to keep something in my stomach. The emptier my stomach gets, the worse my nausea gets. I cannot wait for the second trimester!! Good luck!!
