I don't have a healthy diet
Omg I just can't help it. I love sea salt and vinegar chips and burgers and ice cream cake... that's all I want. I don't have much pregnancy side effects and only threw up one time and I'm 9 weeks. I know I should be more healthy and I do cook and I do eat home cooked meals but not as much... because all the chips fills me up.. also with college there are 2 days in a week where I only eat chips and drink water. I feel so horrible that's I'm doing this to my unborn child. Anyways my question is how can I change? I been looking into healthy juice and start from there.. and if you have any food you recommend please put it in the comments..
