Unexplainable pain in vagina

Cramping from what feels like in uterus. Not on period fertile window isn't for four more days period starts in two more weeks. Gyn says to call office in morning what the hell is going on? Its annoying pain but I hAve a high pain tolerance. Kinda feels as though I'm trying to have a baby. Or like right after the ob/gyn pushes the placenta out. I know TMI but seriously I don't want to make a 1am ER trip.
