Can anybody help me out here?

Hiya, was just wondering if anybody could help me out as I am desperate for advice. I'm 10 weeks pregnant, I'll be a single mum because I had to end the relationship with my ex due to him becoming controlling. Since I ended it I've had to get the police involved and they've had to flag my house due to my ex harassing me day in day out with constant messages and also stalking me, hanging around my sisters school, following me and my mum in our car & hanging around our area when he has no reason to be around my area. He's even left things like flowers and chocolates on my doorstep for mothers day😕 he's ruining my life, I'm not aloud anywhere near to the town of were he is living, I'm not aloud to my local tesco because he works there, I'm not even aloud my social media accounts, I've had to delete it all! I'm scared to even leave my house on my own.. When the baby is born I will let him see the baby but I will be doing the visiting around my house because that's lierally the only place I feel safe. Can he still take me to court if I'm offering him the time to see the baby and he decides to turn it down? Because I have a feeling that he will turn it down. Thankyou for your time.

He can still take you to court to gain some kind of agreement to see the child. Like a persistent schedule.
I suggest keeping a journal and writing everything down that he does. 
For example, if you invite him to see the child and he doesn't show up or arrives late. Anything that you could use against him. Even if he isn't taking you to court I would still do this because it could be useful later down the road if he does decide to.

You're doing the right thing, stay strong and be safe. Maybe get some legal advise before baby comes on custody issues you could possibly face, or if it would be suitable to move areas so you know you won't run into him. Good luck X

Unfortunately he can take you to court but you can also go to court with your information of stalking ect and have supervised visitation and it doesn't have to be in your home

Don't be alone with him, and don't leave him alone with your baby. Talk to a lawyer about your options as soon as you can.

First you need a restraining order for domestic violence.If he hasn't been physical they consider stalking, harassment etc part of domestic violence because it's emotional and verbal. I use to work for a domestic violence center and the esta thing you can do is start by filing the order. If at all possible le relocate to another state with other family at least for a while. If you get the domestic violence order he will have no visiting rights and if he does get them in the future he will have to be supervised.

Can you not try and move to get away from him, if I was you I would only let him see the baby at my parents house or you sisters just to be on the safe side as your going to have a baby in your home and if you're scared before you have the baby you will be just the same after the baby arrives you have to make sure your both safe.
