Sneezing...

I am 9w6d today, and so glad the first trimester is almost over! I'm hoping the nausea and dizziness goes with it!

I was just wondering if any of you lovely ladies has experienced sneezing and having any part of your lower abdomen shoot pain across the bottom where your pelvis is? Recently I have been sneezing non-stop, daytime and nighttime, when I'm awake and moving it isn't as painful, but last week I sneezed hard which woke me from sleep (which I happened to find I was on my back), and it hurt in an arc from one hip to the other. I don't know what to make of this, because I didn't experience this with either of my other two pregnancies to my knowledge.
