I work around a guy that vapes, in a small office, and when I told him the doctor suggested asking him to step outside to "vape" he said he couldn't do that (I totally thought he was kidding), but apparently he didn't take me seriously. Help me out here ladies, what should I do? I just started this job a couple of weeks ago, it's invoicing for a cabinet company, and I know the people personally that I'm working for, and maybe they're thinking I'll just be lax about it??
