Cf carrier

I recieved a call from my ob today to notify me I was a carrier for cf and of course now my partner has to go for testing to see if he is a carrier as well. I do know that if only one of us is a carrier chances of our child contracting cf is non existent but what if he is A carrier and that gives our child a percentage of being born with cf. I know I have to think positive but I am just so nervous and scared. Has anyone else experienced this? I just feel so upset  😔
