Anxiety of what not to eat
I'm having anxiety over what not to eat. I've always been a healthy eater but keep finding out daily that certain foods are not good (such as raw mushrooms and pineapple). I feel I need to always check online before I eat anything. Does anyone have a good resource to look up foods that are not good for you during pregnancy?
