I'm not sure if this is a positive or not

Well I started taking birth control about a week ago. Before I started, the doctor did an ultrasound and everything, just to make sure I wasn't pregnant. Yesterday, I was having pain in my tummy, and then I started to spot that night. I thought it was the birth control. The next day, which is today, I'm still spotting. It started off light pink to dark brown to red to dark brown. So, I took a test today when my fiancé went to Walmart, and when he got back we saw this 👇🏾
