Post Abortion Pain

I had an abortion on last Friday (D&C). I didn't start bleeding like a period until today after I had heavy cramping. I hurts to pee and sit down. I've had two children through a normal vaginal delivery. I was wondering if some of you ladies experienced the same and could shed any light on what I'm going through.
