Worst maid of honor

So I decided to choose my cousin brittany to be my maid of honor thinking it would be a great idea well its 6 months until my day and she has yet to help plan anything. She also told me when I just began to plan about four months ago that she is planning her wedding too and she got engaged two months after me. I want her to be happy but she is stealing my shine. She also came to the conclusion she is trying to have a baby now before my wedding, so now she wont be going to my bachelorette or anything for that matter. I dont know what to do I need advice guys help.
