It feels as if I have an upset stomach but with no pain if that makes ANY sense at all. My stomach has been bubbling for the past hour-constant, and is all over my lower stomach, not just one side. .all over. .and It's also making weird noises - as if I was hungry(I'm not, I know when I am)

Other than the constant little bubbling feeling(as if water starting to boil on the stove ) and the noises, I have nothing. No pain of any kind.

Is it uterus growing? Could it possibly be the baby- at 9 weeks?? Could it be the infamous flutters? Or just a weird painless upset stomach?
