Can I take anything to wake me up?
Are there any supplements that are safe to take to help with this tiredness?
To be fair I woke up at 4am, to go to gym, but while I normally feel awake and energized afterwards, by 9am I could hardly keep my eyes open and am counting down the minutes to lunch time when I can go grab a nap in my car...
I'm only 4 weeks 6 days along and if I feel this tired already I'm dreading to think of what's to come!
