Pregnancy test 9 DPO??

Hey! TTC #2 and I am 9 DPO.... I couldn't wait so I took an EPT (first response 6 days before missed period) and it was negative. 
​Did I test too soon?? Someone please help lol how many DPO should you wait to test?

Thanks! I promise to wait until at least 12 DPO, hopefully I can't wait till 14 DPO lol :)

9dpo is too soon as some people don't implant until 10dpo! Wait until the day your period is due Hun :) good luck xx

9 DPO is far too soon.  Most people recommend waiting the full 2 weeks.  I think at the very earliest you could do 12 DPO.  I got a BFP with my son at 10 DPO but it was sooooo faint and only showed up when I took apart the test. It didn't become darker and more obvious for another 2 days after that.
