My CM is crumbley?

It's light not sticky or watery it does not smell like anything... Could it be an infection? I'm not having any pain or redness or anything like that.

That looks like smegma which is a combination of dried discharge, toilet paper, and possibly cotton (if you're using a pad/liner/etc). 
If you're skin is dry, there could definitely be some dead skin in the mix.
Everyone who has a vagina gets some smegma but no one really talks about it. Even on Eve. Which is kind of unfortunate.
Tips:
1.   If you're skin is dry, make sure you stay hydrated-lots of water!
You can use a moisturizer but you really have to be careful with what you're putting down there. Personally, I like to use a little coconut oil. Vaseline might be a good idea. Or a gentle body cream. DONT try anything with a fragrance. If you experience any itching/burning wash it off right away. If nothing you try works, talk to your gyno. A gyno can help you find a way to moisturize safely down there. I think there might even be some prescription options. I'm not sure
2.   Other than moisturizing to prevent dead skin, there's really nothing you can do to prevent smegma. But you can carry feminine wipes in your purse to freshen up throughout the day. I love Summers Eve wipes. At home I always have a box of baby wipes that I use to clean up after every time I use the bathroom or whenever I just wanna feel fresh and don't have time to shower.
3.   If you wear pantiliners religiously like I do, I suggest changing it every time you use the bathroom or even more when your discharge is heavy. This can help reduce the amount of gunk drying up between your labia. If you don't wear pantiliners, I'd suggest you change your underwear just as often but if you did, you'd be doing laundry every other day and that'd suck. Maybe give pantiliners a shot. They're super convenient, cheap, and they protect your underwear.
