Mama sea bands
Hey ladies and gents .. Just wondering if any of you have experience using sea bands.. I
Got a pair and have been wearing although I don't feel super nauseas I still threw up this am per usual around 7am.. The vomit has slowly gotten less and less intense as I'm getting closer to my second trimester not sure if it is in my head or not ..
These bands are kinda tight and leaving bruises on my wrists (and my wrists are pretty tiny) .. Another momma friend said this was normal for her too!!
