I'm about 4 weeks and last night started cramping with a little blood. Went to the ER and was there for 4/5 hours. Blood test showed low HCG level and he Doctor said it would most likely be a miscarriage. Bleeding way more this morning and am feeling just so down. I called the clinic and left a message so they could check me out again but have not got a call back. I'm so beyond devastated and at a loss for what to do..
