Pregnancy ball/birthing ball
Do you have one?
I have really bad pelvic pressure & I heard it helps with that, we have one something like one at my job & I sit on it from time to time & it helps A LOT! Should I just buy one? Plus I'm planning to have the baby natural anyway.
