Make sure you head to the doctor right away. Anytime a reaction is on the face it can lead to anaphylaxis.

Hi this is either a allergic reaction or heat rash. Is there any swelling to the face area? Is his breathing rapid/slower/gasping/weezing? If so dial 999 for a ambulance this can be a anaphlaxic shock and can be life threatening. If theres none of the above take him to AE to be checked imediately. It could be delayed reaction. Has this come up after eating drinking or taking a medication? Im a AE nurse and work in peads id strongly advise you to take this little one to a hospital because if its a allergic reaction it can be very serious hun

i agree carly and yes i would personally take him to AE imediately as reactions can be delayed and this looks very angry. He could need medication which is best prescribed by a qualified medical doctor. best to be safe hun. my girl suffers anaphlaxic shock and before now.its came.out later on so please be aware and keep a eye on him at all times

That means that something keeps triggering it. Have you called the Dr yet? What did they say?

Looks like a heat rash, but I would be rushing my son to the hospital because I panic over everything. Hope he gets better soon!
