Positive opk?

I am thoroughly confused with these opk's. I took a test this morning and it looks positive although I'm on cd 11 and we haven't been BD at all bc I figured we should save our energy for when the time is right. I took another one this afternoon and it was clearly negative. I do have a little bit of cramps and eggwhite CM. I am really upset that we may have missed the window this month bc I truly felt like this would be the month!!
