Not sure if I can have kids.

Okay, so I smoke but I have a regular period every month usually last up to 7 days but me and my fiancé have sex daily with no condom and we have been trying for over a month but before him I was trying also with an ex of mine of 5 years and still nothing but we didn't start trying until the end of our relationship and still nothing I've been trying for 8 months now and still nothing I took a pregnancy test cuz I was 2 almost 3 days late and I was negative wound up getting my period but everyone keeps telling me I'm glowing and if I'm pregnant idk what are some of your thoughts?
