Should I be worried for my relationship cuz I'm not going to see my SO for a month (possibly longer)

I'm nannying for the whole month of May maybe a bit longer and I'm not going to be able to see my boyfriend during this time because we will be about 7 hours away :( should I be worried about our relationship?? ----comment experiences you have had and how it went (good or bad) I need advice!
