6 weeks first US, but couldn't see the baby? Normal?

I had my first ultra sound, the sac was seen and it measured 6 weeks, but my blood work says 7 weeks.. But the baby was very small, barely seen is this normal? We couldn't get pictures ??

My ultrasound at 6 weeks was last week and all we saw was the yolk sac. The doctor said it's difficult to see anything this early and I'm going back when I'm 8 weeks, hoping to see the heartbeat. Don't stress, I think it's normal and that's why so many doctors prefer to see you at 8-11 weeks.

My first ultrasound at 6w4d was just the yolk sac, and no heartbeat yet. Now I'm 9 weeks with baby and healthy heartbeat

My first ultrasound at 6 weeks all you could see was the yolk sac. That's about it. You could see the heart beating on the us.  It just so happened that my midwife snapped the picture when the heartbeat flashed on the screen so I have a pic of the heart at 6 weeks. But it's normal for it to be hard to see.

I have my ultra sound this week too at six weeks. I should be 6 weeks 4 days. I'm hoping all is well too.  We're you exactly 6 weeks?  Did they schedule another ultrasound?  What did your doctor say?

I had an ultrasound at 6w3d and the found two sacs. They think one was empty and we're able to locate a baby in the other one with a heart beat. Going back in 2 weeks (12 week scan) to confirm if it's one or two.

Anyone think there's two?
