Depends on your plan. All insurance plans are chosen by your/spouse employer, therefore if there is no infertility coverage talk to your Human Resourced rep to see what options are available to you :) And if not through your employer but through a government funded program, then speak with that rep to see what options there may be. Unfortunately not all plans have infertility coverage, but more and more plans are on the rise with this benefit :)

Mine pays for 10% of everything except actual insemination. But ultrasounds, exams, drugs, hsg, post coital, etc have all been covered.
