Don't trust my mind

So these days my mind has been my enemy. In short we went through a brain tumor when my oldest was an infant, a miscarriage, my husband diagnosed with leukemia and now our youngest with autism.  Lately my mind has been working against me and I had a break down at work the other night.  Call it a nervous break down, panic attack...I remember standing trying to catch my breathe, then I was in a chair.  My youngest today wrote on paper sentences that each letter was different....upside down, backwards, upside down and backwards.  His teacher has noticed some strange behavior changes recently too.  Today she brought up tumor...and then when I told her about my oldest brain tumor, she was more concerned.  She knows she's not a doctor, but she's been teaching 20 years, and she thought I should be aware.  I just don't know if his behavior is autism related or something more serious going on.  I just don't trust my mind right now either.
