Pubic bone pain & leaking colostrum?

Hi everyone, I'm 23 weeks pregnant and tonight after work and taking my dog on a walk I was sitting down eating dinner and my boobs started leaking a clear fluid! I thought I spilled some milk on my sweatshirt but when I went to the bathroom I noticed it was right over my nipple that the spot of liquid was, and I squeezed my nipple a little and a drop of clear fluid came out which I assume is colostrum. Is that normal to just all the sudden have one breast leak when I wasn't even doing anything? Another thing... I started having pubic pain today that REALLY hurts when I walk. It feels sore and mostly hurts when I move my legs. Is this normal too? I'm scared that I'm going to go into preterm labor or something, I lost a baby at around 6 weeks with my first pregnancy and I'm scared of something happening now.
