When did you introduce baby to solids?

Wondering if 3 months is too young to give my daughter baby cereal

3 months is WAY too young!! Wait until after 6 months and babies doctor says to start!!! Their tummies aren't developed enough to digest anything more than breast milk and formula!

Please please do some research on feeding babies..... Feeding babies before 6 months can be so bad for them. There are a few exceptions to that but usually babies are not ready until at LEAST 6 months. I recommend you join the facebook group called feeding the littles they have tons of info on how and when to start introducing food for both traditional weaning and baby led weaning. A baby does not need anything outside of breast milk or formula till at least 6 months. Please make sure your baby meets all the signs of readiness before you start... Such as being able to sit up unassisted and no tongue thrust and being able to turn head away and let patent know they are full are just a few examples. But please join that group they are awesome for helping.

I'm sure I read babys body can't cope with anything except milk till after 17 weeks x
