Anyone ever have cyst on ovaries ?

If so what we're your symptoms like? I get pain around the time I'm ovulating sometimes on just the rt or left side of my ovary like a twinge sharp lil cramp lik pain I thought it's ovulation but sometimes it happens a week before I am supposed to start my cycle and I mistake it for implantation getting my hopes up anyways could this be cyst or am i ovulating ?

I have, I knew something was wrong fast. I had awful sharp pains and a constant ache. To the point where I could barely walk! Turns out I had a large bleeding cyst that I had removed 2 days after noticing the pain.

I have multiple cysts on both ovaries. I get sudden, deep pains in my lower back. They make me double over in the floor. I also have irregular cycles & acne. Look up information on cysts & Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome.
