Spots 👎🏽

Hi girls , I'm 14 years old and like most girls my age I have spots. My skin can be very clear one day then like 3 days latter it's filled with red pussy spots , I hate it I've been wearing no make up to school ,out or anything to try clear it up but nothing's working ,has anyone got any good spot creams or face creams taht accuall works please help !! ,thanks
