The pill and gym progress
So I have PCOS and my gyno suggested that I start taking dianette pill in order to control my irregular periods and help reduce the excess hair growth.
However, I've been working out at the gym a lot more in order to lose weight and I've changed my diet. Even though the doctor said that weight gain is a myth, won't the lack of testosterone make it difficult to gain muscle and make progress at the gym?
Does this mean I have to make changed to make workout? Workout more? If so, how much more?
