I'm 7 weeks pregnant and have had mild cramps off and on throughout the pregnancy. The past couple days my cramps have mainly stayed on my left side and I get sharp little twinges every once in awhile that come and go in a matter of seconds. Last night I was sleeping cramp free but as soon as I rolled over to my left side the cramps started. Not anything sharp, just enough to make me roll back over. As soon as I roll back to my right side they fade away. Any idea if this is something to worry about? I plan on calling my midwife just in case once they open this morning. My first scan isn't until the 17th.
