Anyone else feeling really down ?

I'm not sure why but the past 4 Days I've been really down. It was mothers day this past Sunday and I cried all afternoon, really sobbing. I cried at work on Monday too.

Nothings caused it as far as I can work out from my life. Is it hormones?  
Anybody else?

You are not alone, my hormones are out of control and there have been a couple days where i just wanted to lay in bed and cry, for no reason! We have a lot on our mind. What helps me is a bath with candles 💞 feel better love.

Ive had those periods where for a few days im down and dont know why.  Definitely hormones.  It will get better.

I feel sad as well and very Sensitve. I feel that I need more love but my partner seems to be very insensitive. When he says something bad about me I feel too much pain.

Same. I'm totally emotional. I cried the other night because I felt so gross and fat and ugly. Out of no where. My bf still gives me the same attention he did before I was preg and he was asleep so idk what triggered it. I'm a mess. It's okay. Hormones happen.

I feel ya. I definitely feel alone. But I realize I'm never alone :) pregnancy brings on so many changes. But I always know I need to stay happy for my baby.

Try to get outside during the day. It helps my mood every time. I'm sorry you're feeling down.

Yes this has happened to me and I think it was hormones. It did get better though! Make sure to keep reminding yourself that's it's ok to have your feelings and do something you enjoy!
