Yesterday I went to the doctor and found out I was pregnant. The doctor said I was 11 weeks, counting from the last menstrul Cycle. But on the ultrasound she said she didn't see or hear anything? Could this mean I'm earlier or could this mean the baby is in my tube or deceased? First pregnancy and I have another appointment on the 23rd of this month
